If you've got a small amount of e-waste to recycle, our mail-back boxes are a simple & convenient way to recycle what you no longer need. Great for you, and even better for the environment! Simply choose your mail-back box size, and we'll send you a flat-pack box with a return courier sticker, for you to fill &Â return with your unwanted tech.

Frequently asked questions
What types of electronic waste can I recycle with Echo?
We accept a wide range of electronic waste, including but not limited to computers, smartphones, tablets, printers, whiteware and televisions. Our goal is to make recycling your outdated or unused electronics as convenient and comprehensive as possible. For a detailed list of accepted items, please visit our Items We Accept page.
What can & can't I recycle in my E-Waste Bin or Box?
Your bulk e-waste recycling bin is designed for general electronic waste, including the items listed above. There are only a few items we ask you NOT to put in your bin. This includes batteries, Â CRT TVs & monitors, glass, gas cylinders, household &fluorescent lightbulbs, toner cartridges, and general waste.
What is the bin collection turnaround?
We require 48 hours notice to book in your e-waste bin collection. However if a pick-up is urgent please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
How do I return my E-Waste Box?
Once your E-Waste Box is packed, sealed and ready to go, simply use the included courier ticket & follow the freight instructions included within the e-waste box.
